had chinese oral yesterday and i think i screwed up like mad): stuttering and hmm hawing all the way. but anyway. then went to see uncle kam san for an ankle checkup. haha rather interesting, especially him telling me i have loose ligaments and then rattling my ankle in it's socket to show me the effect. haha then went for an xray and everything's fine, and he says to go for physiotherapy to get it perfect for wednesday. then went back to school and filled 250 waterbombs.

today was the best day in june(: (: (: carnival setup in the morning and it was rather hectic and confusing at first, and everyone was all over the place. managed to get a lot of things done and then went to meet bernice for chem tuition. almost fell asleep there from the tiredness and then bernice and i went back to school and she helped me with the decals(: (: haha thanks(: so we did everything and it looked rather nice, and then the last painting and decal cocked up, but we needed to go, and we did like the brunt of the work so miss lee let us go(:

then we went for physics tuition and it was alrighhttt(: hahah bought some food down and ate it there. beat bernice's solitaire record of 157 secs by 2 secs(:

then took a cab with bernice to lavender and then went home.

okay today definitely makes it into one of the top days of the month(:

went to school and had pe and i had trouble running with my ankle): so then went to play basketball and my ankle still was troubling me. but i scored quite a bit, especially from around the basket, where i copied some NBA live 07 star player move. it works man(: hahah

then after recess had this mad carnival rush, going to measure the boards, helping tim sand the wood for his air cannon, and going round singapore to buy stuff for the carnival. on the way to orchard, i got a call from CJ and they accepted my dsa!! cause apparently the coach there is a friend of mr sim and colin, my senior, who's there now, both put in a good word for me and so they want me to go for the interview and tryouts!!! (: (: i hope my ankle heals by next wednesday man.

so then went to great world to buy the wall decals with shafiq, mervyn, kevin and wira. miss lee came halfway to see the decal, and then we got it and shafiq and i went off while the others went to get the sweets.

now school's more of a 'carnival preperation' place. i've been thinking about the decorations and everything but it's damn hard, due to the limited resources and everything else going on. and i had the NSW writing composition today. argumentative:/ anyway i was the first to finish as usual.

so then went back to help with the carnival preparation and then went for amath. amath's really boring alone): yeah then got back home.

yesterday was quite okay, went to church and had the rehearsal for the worship on 30th June. i personally think it's still rather messy, but as always, we should be able to pull it off on the day itself(: it was good to see james again and shawn's improving quite well(: haha yeah then went home to do work and then to vivo to watch surf's up. hhaha rather funny. but i realise that watching movies isn't the same anymore since spiderman 3): and on the way out of vivo we saw the chans and we had a wave-off. hahah yeah

today started perfectly after a series of events leading to the chapel. PA people finally took the initiative and turned on the keyboard BEFORE we got there. and the guitar sound was spot on. drummer's foldbacks were turned on, and people telling me they're tired;) haha yeah and we had a MISTAKE-FREE chapel, for the first time in a long time(:

and then school was still the same, except that everyone's getting more and more touchy, some choosing to channel frustration into witty outlets, others just being plain irritating. and then played basketball during recess and i still got it(: haha yeah then had the carnival briefing and there's just so much to be done!

so i lugged my guitar to marina square to look at wall designs. at least i found what i was looking for:/

then after chem went to waffletown and talked about our OBS experiences. hahah damn funny la. then went down for physics and we made a mountain of tissue paper. and then the guy sitting across us took out a packet of tissue and started blowing his nose too and we were like. ohno.

yeah then bernice's mum gave me a lift to lavender.

woke up at 7.30 today and went for drama. i think my judas piece is quite nice, no matter how long it may be. then bernice helped me memorise romeo and i completed it for the first time(: hahaha and miss evelyn wanted me to put my hands to my face in anguish- failed- then put my hands to my head-failed- then clench my fist and hit it to my lap-failed-. hahah so she let it rest.

then we ordered macs and it came and we were eating in the pantry and reading how K1s are supposed to give their facial expressions. hahahah

i feel damn tired, i'm gonna watch something.

today was fun(: i think the most relaxing day of the week.

had tuition this morning and then stoned around and practiced my double pedal fills for the 30th june thing and i'm sorta getting the hang of it(: haha then went down to the national library in my salesman suit to meet bernice in her saree.

went to the cafe outside the theatre and sat down and had a solitaire challenge on bernice's dopod. i won(: haha then waited for elliot to come and he came in his samurai costume, which had holes at the sides and everywhere and he was freezing cold. haha then we went to order and elliot was demanding for hot chocolate cause he was so cold. haha then we sat down and told cold jokes [no pun intended] and had dinner.

then went in to watch the play and it was alright, a bit complicated though.

yesterday went for lunch at pepper lunch at dhoby ghaut. ate to beef pepper rices and scared the waitress girl. haha. then made our way to little india and almost got lost trying to find the church.

the sessions were better than the first day, partly because we knew everything better and also cause i think everyone was more accustomed to us. and yes, i got hit on by primary school girls:/ [i still love you more!] and then for the "barbeque", it was basically homecooked food on a buffet table:/ haha but it was quite nice though.

yeah then went home and did chem.

went to kkmc to teach the kids how to do flags and sign language and stuff. got there and saw bryan kwek! hahaha yeah he was rather surprised. then had lunch at a short table and shorter chairs and i had to bend damn low to eat. hahaha yeah then they showed us to our rooms and so bre and i set up the place.

then taught the first group and we finished in like 40 mins, but we had 40 mins left. so we started stoning. then bre and i went out to watch the flaggers do their thing. yeah then went back to do the second group. those kids catch on really fast! : D hahah

yeah then after the thing we were just sitting in the corner and talking about everything under the sun. and laughing. a lot. DAVY JONES MAN!!! HAHAHAHA

it's wednesday in two days! i'm very excited (:

woke up this morning with horrible stomach cramps. i couldn't stand up straight, and everytime i walked down the stairs i'd feel like fainting:/ so i didn't go for youth at 9 and i followed my parents down at 10 so i could rest a bit longer.

got to church and talked around for a bit. then went up for service and sat next to cheryl. suddenly there was this tap on my right shoulder and charlene was there! hahah yeah so service was quite fun la, with everyone going on and on about my cramps and asking whether i need pads.

hahah then went to some dim sum place after church for lunch and my appetite has dinished greatly. hahah and bernice and i were having a short rhyme war before i had lunch [ http://getberniced.blogspot.com ] yeah(:

so i've gotta go back to church later for the overnight prayer meeting. i'm gonna die mann.

went to penang on wednesday. went to my grandma's house and stayed there for the night, but first, we went to this new mall called queensbay mall, and it's about 3/4 the size of vivo and it's almost all the same shops. haha. ohyes. and the stuff there's rather cheap(:

yeah then on thursday went to penang road to this damngood chendol stall/coffeeshop thing and ate hawker food which is, seriously friking good. yeah so my dad brought us round the area to eat all the good stuff, and it's completely different from singapore. meaning: the char kway teow and everything can't hold a match, let alone a spark, to the food over there. then went to visit myra and jordan(: (: (: and i they are SUPER CUTE. both of them started talking already, myra in complete sentences and jordan's more of a one-liner person. haha. and his favourite word's :" YUPPIE!!" which he just zooms round the house screaming. he's damn fast now, by the way. my dad says he gallops. haha yeah then went back to queensbay mall to shop and watch fantastic four. it's good, jessica alba's still hot. hahaha

friday. went to some other coffeeshop on the other side of town which has damn good char kway teow and prawn mee(: (: then drove off to the golden sands resort and swam for a bit. and then found out that there was internet connection! (: apparently it was the computer someone left on. it's supposed to be 10 ringgit per fifteen minutes. not worth it man. at night walked out to the nearby hawker centre which also had reallyreallyreally good stuff. the wantan mee especially! ohgosh, i'm still paying the price of that meal:/ three wantan mees, 5 chicken wings, 2 oyster omellettes, i peanut pancake, half a stingray, satay, prawn mee and two milos. stomach hurts like mad. no surprises there.

went canoeing with grace and esther today. ohwellll. hahaha anyway swam for a bit and then drove back to penang road for lunch. then my cousin fetched us to the airport and i was playing pokemon on the way back. whoa it's damn fun i tell you.

and now i've put on 3kg): i'm gonna work it off man. but slowly, cause i've still got my sprained ankle.

so. my supposed 'day of rest'.

woke up this morning feeling horrible with a sore throat and flu but something changed that(: then did some work and then at 2 my mum left to go to the bank, and she said she'll be back at 2.30. which wasn't very cool too, cause i had tuition at 2.45. in the end she comes back at 2.45 and i'm belarddy pissed.

yeah so met bernice at balmoral and gave her the nuts. hahah. then amath was quitteeee nice(: and then went for chem class, where i had to struggle not to fall asleep again. yeah then went to raffles hotel for dinner and the food there wasn't too bad.

so went off on friday morning. went to meet grace's family and cheryl at IMM for breakfast and ate long john's. then i went into the fong's car together with jeremy and cheryl and the graces and esther took our car. talked cock with jeremy and cheryl and reached the hotel at about 11. checked in and went to the room [which was OKAY ONLY] and then went down for lunch. food wasn't that fantastic though. so after lunch, bre, cheryl and i had our tour around the hotel to look for stuff and then walked out to the supermarket to buy prizes for the games and we skipped the first theme talk;) then after that had the games which were rather entertaining. so had another theme talk at night and then went up to do maths and chem while watching the others play monopoly. hahah.



saturday morning. we had two theme talks in succession, which left us quite zonked out. then went for lunch and then had a captain's ball tournament, which i was initally damn pissed of cause we planned the tournament and had everything, and almost all the adults went SHOPPING. talk of lecturing us on being RESPONSIBLE. anyway we still had our games and the highlight was the youth vs the oldies. match was damn rough, with people flying left, right, centre, with grace getting mauled by three people and alwyn getting flung to the ground. i played a part too in the carnage by intercepting a ball and then landing strong, thowing tavence on the floor, about a metre from me [sorry!] then i made the final shot but paid a high price by landing on the pillar ledge and twisting my ankle.

so yes. that's me in the room afterward with a swelled up joint. my dad says the capsule's torn cause there's a lot of internal bleeding, but i'll live.

sunday was fine, going out with the youths to the nearby shopping mall. nothing much to see and get, apart from food. then at night we hung out in jireh's room, playing murderer: D haha then isaac, ade, bre and i went to isaac's room to watch fear factor which we all got rather grossed out.

so today after we broke camp, we went with the fongs and cheryl to buy all sorts of things. went to the batu pahat mall which was pretty much the most amazing thing over there. had kenny rogers for lunch but i didn't enjoy it that much cause of my stupid flu. so in the end, what i got back was the flu [from jireh] and the nice sprained ankle [from the pillar] . others got clothes and books and food.

there's no need to be sorry. i'm so very touched that you did that and i'm not angry or disappointed that you fell asleep. i fully understand everything and it's comforting to know that there's someone who cares for me so much(:

went to train this morning at some marine parade court. i realise i have no stamina.

then came back for chinese tuition and then some more discussing of chalet games.

went for TJ tryouts for the DSA. the people there are damn friendly la. when i showed up at the court, everyone was like hey hey! hi! and stuff like that. then took a ball adn went to shoot by myself. yeah so then this other guy from acsi comes and shoots with me. we get to know each other, and that he's also applying for VJ! coolman. yeah so we become quite good friends. then did some layup warm ups and then the coach told us to play a match, the DSA bunch vs the school team.

thing is, all five DSA people are centres. so there were two chung cheng high centres, one temasek sec centre, and the acsi centre and me, the barker centre. soooooo i played shooting guard and see, that's not my normal position cause as a guard, you have to run around the outside, and as said before, i realise i have no stamina. but the two chung cheng centres are really good, their footwork and accuracy are both good. and they have STAMINA. and they were probably playing what they were comfortable at, so they flourished while the other three of us flopped. but we finished the first two games losing both 5-7 and 6-7. not bad la.

then the coach realised that MAYBE, the three guards on the DSA team aren't really guards! so me and one chung cheng guy get swapped to join with three guys from the TJ team. so then i played centre and that's when i started scoring more and blocking more. had four blocks and four points! which isn't too bad considering we play a 7-point game. yeah, but so in the end the coach chose the two chung cheng people, cause they're good. yeah.

anyway, there's still VJ and CJ. and i'll be going off to malaysia for the cell summit tomorrow morning. and i'll miss you):

so met bernice and elliot outside and we were just laughing about super random things, like the boy-tarzan and all our stupid jokes. hahha the play was damn funny and bernice and i agreed mercutio looked like elliot. hahah. so during the interval we went outside again and we were busking at some bench [elliot stoning, bernice and i bounching next to him] when miss suyin saw us! or rather, saw bernice bouncing, elliot and i were hidden behind the pillar(: hhaahha so talked for a while and then went up to stamford raffles and elliot had a good time^^ hahah

then went back in for the second half and i think the finale of the show was damn good(: (: (: hahaha and many unexpected things happened too(: (:

so today was quite fun(: went to labrador park after church for family day and i'm the group leader for gentleness. the irony of it all. i wasn't exactly feeling in a gentle mood today. haha. but anyway. we did this run around the park for some treasure hunt thing, which was pretty cool, and we had to eat this tuna-cheese-butter-cucumber sandwich. thankyou bernice for forcing me to eat cucumbers so i didn't throw up with the aftertaste: D

haha yeah then ran around some more and i think either my mind's corrupted or my english is excellent, cause there was this form-the-words thingy with the phrase "wonders of the wind" and if you look, the word 'whore' and 'wonton' can be found. so yes, my contribution to the team:/ and 'wonton' does NOT refer to fried/soggy prawns wrapped in flour, but a 'loose' woman.

anyway.

and then there was this station which required the tossing of ping pong balls into a cup, a mess tin and a bucket, with 3, 2 and 1 point(s) respectively. so there was a long queue for that game, so i ended up cheering someone up(: and vice versa(: and for that game, our group was the RECORD SETTER MAN(:

so then there was the prize presentation and i resigned myself to fate cause i have NEVER won a church-team-activity-group prize EVER. i mean, besides captain's ball. i ALWAYS win captain's ball. but that's not the point! we won overall! (:

yeah so now i'm pretty tired but my mum still wants to go out to watch pirates 3 at vivo. i'm not complaining though(:

yes that's my new toy. heh. yeah so on friday i basically sat in front of the computer putting in songs and music to the ipod and then had lunch and went to meet bernice for chem tuition at novel. there are things about the teacher i shouldn't really say here;) hahha. then we went up to wafle town for dinner and saw alvin and eunice there:/ haha yeah,then we went for physics and it was nice(: (:

and on saturday i went for lunch with my dad at some katong restaurant and the food there's not bad! : D then went for drama and it was just simbian bernice and i but yeah, still fun anyway(:

then went down to video to meet jireh, shawn, isaac and josh wong to buy jeremy's present. and so we got him a nice turtle 1/3 his height! hahaha so we made isaac carry that embarrasing thing around. haha then we went to page one to wait for the rest to come and then bre and chris came and joshloke came with his new bass and so we stoned there for a bit then went outside the cinema to stone some more and wait for the fongs and gohs.

cheryl, bre and i got the seats in the 2nd row:/ but the show wasn't as good as i expected. and at the end of the show there was this guy sitting in a very funny position and said something VERY wrong. heh.

then went for carls jr after that and then went to play at the top of vivo. we were having a jumping competition [which i won] and then josh wong went to disturb the girls camwhoring. hahahahaha;)
