oh hello everyone!

okay! so the end of prelims was on tuesday, then jarron, kevin, mervyn, shafiq and i went to suki sushi for lunch! it costs about 4bucks more than sakae, but there's more variety, like sashimi(: and soft shell crab(: yeah then went to novel to meet bernice for amath tuition. then went for yoghurt to apparently dissolve the fat. hahah;)

wednesday i had no school(: so woke up late, then went to school for training. first time i moved at more than walking speed in 2 months:/ yeah, felt damn unfit, but my shooting stroke was still there, together with the blocking and all(: got damn tired after that. still am.

today went to school and got prelim results back. chem- b4, physics- c5, bio- b3, combined SS/history- d7. hahaha getting the rest when i get back to school. then after school went to kevin's house and played this funky war/shooter game on his ps3(: damn fun(: and i've regained my position as a sniper(: it's once again morbidly fun lining up the crosshairs and the enemy's head, pressing the trigger and watching head and body separate. last time i did that was with halo and battlefield. hahaha

yeah then took a cab with bernice to katong for drama and flu started acting up again, making all the diction unclear and stuff. yeahh, forgot my speech and prose. thanks for helping me remember bernice(: hahah yeah then victoria came and did her piece and it was damn funny with her being damn faast and all and then we were all damn high and stuff and it was rather fun(:

the last [damn good] weekend before the end of prelims.

thursday was amath paper two, i think i screwed it up, but i think i'll pass. friday was lit paper 1 and 2, quite manageable la. should get about a b-something. and the hall was damn cold by 6pm:/ one guy brought GLOVES and wore them when he finished his paper. so i looked at shawn and michael and was mouthing GLOVES and jerked my head in that direction. yeah so we were laughing quite hard. hahah(:

then went to waffletown to have dinner and meet bernice. EFFECTIVE PERSUASION! haaha yeah then went for physics tuition where i did emath. felt very tired when i got home.

watched constantine this morning then went for drama. miss evelyn was satisfied with romeo(: for the first time on a first attempt(: and ophelia was good too! (: (: hahaha yeah.

going for dinner soooon. and making dreams come true really makes your day(:

oh. hey, it's wednesday.

had chem and physics mcqs yesterday and they were kinda hard. and today's amath too. not that easy, no no. left about 5 parts blank cause i had no idea what to do so i hope i'll pass. i've been waking up at 8 for the past two days cause my paper's in the afternoon, and for those who won't get the experience of an afternoon amath paper because of horrific planning by schools during prelims to simulate an actual olevel paper, take my word for it, it's not THAT bad(:

you go to school after waking up LATE, and that gives you at least an extra two hours of sleep, or more. and if you don't kill yourself during the day practising for later and take time to relax a bit, the 2hour stint in the afternoon isn't too bad. well, at least from my point of view, i didn't sleep, so that's quite an encouraging fact there.

tomorrow's the other amath paper and on friday it's literature. the joy. especially on friday, with a double meaning(:

saturday was pretty alright, save some.

went for worship practice in the evening and it went very very well(: both of them, the main service and youth worship one. everyone was flowing good(: then went with twosisters, chris, grace and jeremy to watch fireworks at marina and it was good! with the whole works out. then we complained about air pollution cause we couldn't see suntec from shenton way:/

sunday morning's worships were verrrry good: D haha yeah then after service went with bre, cheryl, charlene and my sis to vivo for lunch at marche and it was good! then they went shopping and i had to follow cause i had nowhere else to go:/ charlene and grace took the huge somberos and called our names VERY LOUDLY across the store and bre was like "idunnothemgoawaygoaway" HAHAH yeah. was commenting on the killer jewellry (literally! looked like wonder woman's bracelets or something. lethal.)

pizza hut for dinner!! : D

had bio mcq today and i checked my answers with the answer key mr wong put up after the paper and i got FREAKING 34/40! (: (: (: WHICH MEANS i only need a 46/80 for my paper 2 to get an A1!! : D

thursday was bio. good stuff(: it seems like this whole prelim thing's on my side.

and today i had physics. i won't say its easy, but it's definitely more manageable than midyear:/ at least a c5 la(: then played basketball for half an hour. felt good letting the sweat pour off me, something i haven't experienced in a rather long time.

then went home and took a quick bath and went down for chem tuition at balmoral. waited at waffletown til my right sleeve smelled of fish/chicken and my left sleeve was waffles. haahahha. then went for chem and watched bernice drain my phone battery on sudoku, but it was fun. hahahah: D

and tomorrow's gonna be fun(:

yesterday and today were gooooood(: mostly yesterday.

had chem yesterday and like 4 questions came out from the year 1999 paper(: so that was good. then went home to bathe and came back for amath tuition at novel. bought mango and peach:/ yoghurt with bernice and she asked me to try. i did. sourrrrr man! hahha then after amath we had dinner and i ate quite a bit, cause bernice asked/persuaded/cajoled me to get cup noodles, on top of my super value meal. hahaa i don't think we'll ever fight over food, cause she likes sour stuff and i don't. oh except unagi. anyone between me and that becomes an enemy.

yeah then had physics tuition where i realised that i KNOW my stuff, but don't know how to APPLY it:( then sent bernice home and came home(: (:

today's english was okaaaaaaaaay. topic was "concerned." i think i stoned there for minutes, trying to figure out what that meant. anyhow, i think i did pretty fine overall, but i'm scared i go out of point again:/ comprehension was pretty okay, finished with 1 hour left to go.

today's quite a good day, but it's going downnn.

had social studies this morning, and good governance came out! (: (: so just spammed the four principles of good government(: then had history, and russia came out!! so just told the story of trotsky and the war against the whites, which i'm rather good at;) hahah yes, so if i didn't go out of point, ss and history's in the bag(:

then had the chinese results back. when the principal said that 65% passed, i nearly fainted, cause i was so sure i'd fail. but no, i got a c6(: hahah when i walked back, everyone was like HOWHOW? then i did the 'six' thing in the air, and i got a round of applause from the class: D hahahaha they only applauded for those people with a1, so me getting a c6 is equal to the general class getting a1. hahahah ohwell(: thank God(: shawn got a c6 too!

english oral after that, went veryvery well! even thought i had minor slipups in my reading, picture and conversation were near perfect(: the two examiners were rather amused and impressed. hahaha: D

did two worships today.

one for youth and the other for main service. haha i think i like playing the guitar. anyway went down to get a drink during service and the others were coming back from the worship camp, so talked to them awhile. grace taught me how to twirl and toss flags, which were damn cool and i learnt it rather fast(: hahah yeah so was showing off to everyone after service;) hahahayeah

then played chris' new guitar and it's very smooth and very nice to handle and play. yeah then told charlene the inconvenient truth that chinese results were out tomorrow and she nearly choked on her food. HAHA yeah.

woke up without anyone waking me up or an alarm clock ringing(: that's the first time i've done that in a long long time. hahaha then did a bit of history and met bernice along the way for tuition. after chem, and a heated debate about whether lead was green or yellow, we went to united square where i got my sword for romeo and then we had dinner at macs and yami yoghurt(:

went back for physics and i think i was quite productive(: and i managed to get a substantial amount of chem done too(:

oh and i think that the escalator is the greatest invention by man! hahhaha(:

i think this year's national day's been the best in my life(:

went for the oneacs celebration thingy at queenstown stadium yesterday and i was supposed to play the games thingy. turns out i'm the only barker guy from my house, so had to hang out with them jc people and got to know a lot of them(: hahaha yeah then we played push ball and i ran out of stamina fast so we lost in the end by a bit! hahaha but it was fun la(:

yeah then went for worship practice at night and ehhhhhhhhhhhiiit wasn't too good:/ but ohwhatever, i think we'll do fine(:

so today drama was gooooooood(: managed to memorise my speech and miss evelyn was quite happy about my other two pieces and i had hotcakes!

as you might have guessed, i went for FOP last night with bre, grace, isaac and jonathan. they queued up earlier and we got seats NEXT to the stage(: don moen came on and ohgosh, it sounds so much better when you're there than on the cd! his style is super old school but the music and everything was tight and everyone knew where they were supposed to go and everything. then delirious came on with all their songs in C which made all the voices crack.

after worship bre isaac and i went to get drinks and isaac bought the new hillsongs cd(: yeah and i met the delirious guitarist and bassist cause they were bored too so they came out;) hahah. then went back and had to stand at the back during the sermon cause of some rule they had. but phil pringle was really good, captured everyone's attention and he's damn funny. haha then don moen came back and delirious came back and don moen did a violin solo which made my eyeballs pop.

today church was quite fun, was nonsensing around with a very tired and stoned breanna and then went for lunch at pepper lunch, then to yamaha where we looked at the $12,750 clavi/grand piano don moen was using and we got quite excited. and i found out that li jin stays rather near me. haha

back to a two-day week tomorrow(:

anyway, today was rather fun. wira brought his hair straightener and we were trying it out on kevin and shafiq. it worked for kevin cause he's just got his fringe, but shafiq's gonna need about 16 more batteries for his hair. hahah;) yeah so we had our last p.e. today and i'm so bloody unfit now. yeah, not exactly an exceptional day for me, but i guess everyone's helped to turn it around by making me laugh and smile(:

so tomorrow's the day where all the hods are on course and guess what? all our teachers are hods(: do i hear THREE PERIODS of free amath?? : D
