so. lit and english were quite bad today. a lot of uncertainties and i think misinterpretations. but ohwell, like bernice so timely reminded me, it's not counted for olevels. heh. then went for drum class and he taught me this funky new fill that sounds damn good :D

and tomorrow's labour day. i don't think i'll have much excitement apart from the internet and singtel, and i might be training esther for her inter-house basketball. fear her, mgs. HAHA i'll let jarron and alex comment on that further;)

couldn't sleep last night thinking about the competition today. so today went to church and left straight after to meet shafiq, mervyn and tim at j8 to get ready. then we saw mr ng there and we were like OHOHOH. yeah, but he was really encouraging and stuff(: and cat wong and royston low were there too. so in the preliminary rounds, we got quite nervous and we started making friends with the dunman high girls, cause they were like the second best in our group;) hahaha. so we played rather well and screwed up a bit, but, after a bloody nerve-wrecking decision by the judges, we qualified for the finals!! (:

then we walked around j8 and had lunch at subway and then went back to watch RI win their group. so it was us against them. so then we played and we screwed up like SHIT. sigh. and needless to say, RI won:/ it's not the skill of an individual person or two in these moments, but it's a collective effort by everyone in the group to win.

then talked to bernice for a bit after the competition and then went to play basketball with kevin, jarron, mervyn and alex. played with this NJ guy and his friends and it was fun la(:

had lit and EL paper 1 yesterday. both super easy(: then had taiko drum practice after school and taught a completely new beat to them in TWO hours. lots of shouting and pressure. and drilling-into-heads. heh. but we've got it pretty good. then went for tuition with bernice and mr chan was having a bitch-fit and it was damn funny. hahahaha

went for taiko drum practice in the morning and then went to j8 for lunch with mervyn and jarron. long john's. hehheh;) then went for drama and it was damn retarded la. elliot making the macbeth porter look sombre, simbian taking pictures, as usual, and bernice and me just sitting and laughing our heads off. hahah

school today was damn draggy. got scolded by my chinese teacher for APPARENTLY arguing with him. yeah whatever man. then came home for chinese tuition. exams begin tomorrow man.

today was a good day!

had the last lesson of basketball with mr sim and had an intra-class game. my group was so good that he joined in the other team, and we still beat them anyway(: hahaha and during chem, mr wong was surprisingly nice to me for like the first time this year! hahaha

then after school went to novel for amath tuition with bernice. i was really bored at 4.20, so i ended up drawing animals on the top of my foolscap paper and i gave the whole thing to bernice;) hahaha. then bernice's mum asked us to go into the car first and we were so bored in the car that bernice took the car keys and pressed the button and shrieked: WE'RE LOCKED IN! and i went OHNO! and so she unlocked it and she went SUPER BERNICE TO THE RESCUE! and i opened the door and said in my elmo voice: YAAAAY. HAHAH DAMN RETARDED LA.

then we went to novena to get yami yoghurt which was DA BOMB. and bernice's mum gave me a lift to lavender(: hahah

i just realised it's two days to midyears. SO WHAT MAN.

so.

was quite tired on sunday cause i stayed up late on saturday night(: (: then went for youth to hear them talk about the church library and then did some prayer exercise thing by uncle trevor. went for service and sat next to bre and jireh and we were all disturbing POOR SHAWN who was unfortunate enough to be sitting in front of us;) jireh got high on poking shawn's neck and watching his reflex action. damn funny la! hahha

then wscs had their foodfair and i ate two ba changs which were super oily. but good. then talked crap with everyone then went to plaza sing to meet mervyn and shafiq to get our pants. tim ng was late so we went to yamaha to look at guitars and drums and mervyn started playing the reason on the keyboard cause he was so bored. hahahahah

so then tim ng came and we went to samuel and kevin, this fashion, giordano, baleno,hang ten, marks and spencers and john little but there were no cheap black pants! so in the end, we went to FOS at meridian to get the pants. hahah then went to school for the taiko drum practice. i realise we are GENERALLY better than the other schools, but we're not perfect, and i'm not happy): perfectionist. sigh.

then went for dinner at raffles hotel with my family and gracefong's family and i ate stingray which wasn't that fantastic. then went to watch blithe spirit which was not bad. and then my voice suddenly became DAMN LOW, like those movie trailer voices, and i was speaking normally! cool huh.

so today nothing much happened again, except we were gossiping during bio about various people and stuff. rather entertaining. hahaha.

the final lesson of basketball tomorrow): last chance to own. heh.

today was rather fun(:

went for drama at 2.20 today to get my nails painted by bernice. so now my left toes are all white. then drama was damn retarded, with simbian doing her piece and acting seductive and all, and elliot being drunk, and simbian trying to be juliet. so there was one part in my drama where i'm supposed to open the tomb door. and she thought that i was crossing over to juliet so she lay at where my door was supposed to be and so i mimicked the door being stuck with a heavy weight and since i was supposed to be sad in the play, after i killed someone, i changed my lines and went:

"OH. THERE SEEMS TO BE A DEAD WEIGHT AGAINST THIS DOOR!"

hahahah yeah. then after drama, i walked bernice to sufen's house and then went to meet mervyn and tim ng at funan. and we bought our jap drum costume! we decided to be sexy so we bought tank tops: SIZE M. cool man. hahahah sorry, HOT. ;)

then went to mervyn's house to paint the _____. [in case some other team is reading this] haha. then wen to meet my family for dinner at mezcafe at mandarin hotel. nice place, good food, horrendous portions. damn small la.

so today was slightly more exciting cause no one was in the mood to study and we were just singing 'la bumba' in class. and i didn't go for physics tuition today partly because i wanted to finish doing my lit notes and partly cause bernice wasn't going. yeah.

and i'm seriously getting a sore throat. i croak like a frog man.

so tomorrow it's drama and then i'm going out with the drum fellas to get my costume for 29th april.

today was alright la.

played basketball during recess again with the sec threes. i could've sworn that when i walked up to them and asked them whether we could challenge them, a glint of fear crossed their faces. ;) mervyn says my name is jia yu hu xiao! hahahaha and we thrashed them. again(: yeah. back for the trilogy tomorrow man!

haha so after school we had taiko drums practice and worked out the rythms and the movements and it looks damn good(: i think we're gonna put on a good show, then get to japan! hahahahaha(:

played basketball with the 4a1 people during recess against the sec 3s. good stuff, won like 40-2 or something. heh. then got the carnival tickets and this sunday it's gonna be a battleground in church, with me, shawn, jeremy, miah and chris fighting over people to buy our tickets. SHAWN, MY CLIQUE'S OUT OF BOUNDS! hahaha(:
