i'll try this once, just for a laugh
to try and come up with some stuff
to write in rhymes for this page,
to capture thoughts this day and age

plagued by sickness and sprained feet,
my month is looking really neat.
parents back from phuket's sun,
pouring in their work demands.

with e-learning up these next few days,
i've got to search the cyber maze
for work the sirs knowingly placed
to make sure your life is crazed.

the hour is late, my brain is dead
with many thoughts running round my head,
"should i make my move or not?"
time will tell, the truth or not.

i'm off to bed, i need my sleep.
what you sow, indeed you reap.
oh my, my, look at the time!
