went for training today. someone kneed me in the calf and i have this nagging feeling in my leg. aye. then went to grace's house to hang about for a bit and then went for worship prac. i guess i'm still used to the CHP settings so i just basically whacked the drums. sigh. i need to learn how to be a bit quieter. heh. nothing new eh? heh.
